Drop Shipping Instructions

Overview Drop Shipping allows me to ship products to your customers under your business name, without you needing to stock inventory or handle shipping. My name doesn't appear on the packaging, except for branded products.

Retail Prices & Images

• Set your own retail prices.
• Use any pictures and descriptions from my site.

Inventory

• I am a small family-based company and may run out of stock. Restocking can take 7-10 days. Please monitor the site for updates.
• Periodic email notices will be sent.

General Instructions

• Do not use your customer's credit card information. Use your own payment method. I accept all credit cards and PayPal.

Shipping Methods

Direct Shipping: Enter your customer's info in the shipping section and yours in the billing section. The return label will list you as you enter it in the shopping cart. You will receive a tracking number.

If you prefer to create your own shipping labels, let me know so I can give you a coupon for Free Shipping. You then create your shipping labels, save them to a PDF file and email them to me with the order #.

Important Notes

• Email your own shipping labels within a week of placing the order, or it will be canceled and refunded.
• Orders typically ship within a couple of days, Monday to Saturday. Candles take 3-4 days to make and ship.
• If something is out of stock, the wait time is 7-10 days.

Returns

• All products are guaranteed. For damaged items, request a picture for a refund or replacement.
• For unwanted items, contact me for return instructions. Refunds are issued upon receiving the item in good condition.

Account Inactivity

• Accounts inactive for over 2 months will be deleted. You can re-register anytime.
